Admission Requirements

At least 16 years old ​

High School diploma or GED (preferred)
3.
Valid Government Photo ID (Driver's License, State ID, Passport, Alien Card)
4.
Social Security Card
5.
Criminal screening/ LiveScan Fingerprint (CDPH Requirement)
6.
Physical Examination
7.
Recent negative TB Test (within 3 months of date of clinicals start date)
8.
Immunization/Vaccination records (COVID-19, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, flu, negative TB test)

How much does a CNA class cost?
The cost breakdown is as follows:

Registration: (nonrefundable): $150

Tuition: $1400 (payable through installment plan)

Textbook and Workbook: FREE

Uniforms: FREE

Livescan: **$60 average. Payable to service provider

Physical exam, COVID, TB test and immunization: **Payable to service provider

State Exam Fee: $120 ($40 written/$80 skills) **Payable to Credentia (state testing sponsor)​​

**These fees are not payable to the school but to the vendors providing the goods/services and are independent of the school fees.
Can I pay the tuition in installments?
Yes. Installment plans are available. Class documents will be given once tuition is paid in full. Payment types accepted: Venmo, Paypal, CashApp, Zelle, cashiers check, cash.

What jobs can I get after?
After passing the state certification exam, graduates qualify for CNA positions in long-term care, hospitals, home health, and more. A CNA program can also serve as a stepping stone towards a nursing degree (LVN, RN, LPN).
